Terms of use
This terms of use will apply to all the agreements and orders made by Cheron forging company with the clients and suppliers. Any changes will not be accepted unless writing in the agreements.
Validity
The valid period of quotation is 20 days. As the price is based on the current material cost, Cheron forging company has the rights to change the quotation according to increase of the material cost before the agreement made.
FOB or CIF Quotation
Cheron provide both the FOB and CIF price. For the CIF quotation, the price is based on the quantity of order so there will be some different if the quantity of order changed.
Payment
Cheron just accept the letter of credit by the good reputation banks and has the right to reject the unfavorable payment ways.
